Tru by Hilton Jacksonville West I 295

Dan at the front desk was a breath of fresh air after a long, stressful drive. We love Tru hotels because they’re pet-friendly, and overall my stay was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn’t get much sleep. The rooms facing the road are extremely loud, with traffic and trucks passing by throughout the night. If you’re a light sleeper, I highly recommend requesting a room away from the road.

Great choice if you're picking up someone from Amtrak. It's nothing fancy, but it's very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly as well. I wish there was a bar, but they do have a few drink options at the convenience store in the lobby. Breakfast was very good offering hot options like eggs and sausage.

I had a wonderful experience at Tru by Hilton ! Tim was very nice, welcoming, and informative which made check in very smooth and easy. Jayla did a fantastic job keeping the breakfast hot and ready every morning, and she kept the lobby spotless. Her bright smile and cheerful “Good morning” really started my day off right. Both Tim and Jayla made my stay extra enjoyable , they are also on a fitness journey like myself so it was nice talking to them but I’ll definitely be back!

My room and bathroom were both clean, quite, and comfortable. I slept very well, and have no complaints about the room. HOWEVER!!! Breakfast was absolutely pathetic! Just some powdered eggs, and mostly cooked bacon. No biscuits, no gravy, no yogurt, in general it was extremely disappointing. I have had a better breakfast at much worse hotels. It is unlikely that I will spend company money here again.

Very close to the freeway. The rooms are surprisingly really quiet, especially considering the amount of traffic that goes by. There was plenty of parking. The lady we checked in with was nice. The man at the front desk later in the evening when we came back was Also very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I love the set up of these rooms. Very simple but very functional. The bed was comfortable. Was firm, but not like a board. Breakfast was good. They have: bacon, cheese omlet, apples, oatmeal with add-ins, cereal, toast, pancakes (but none this visit because they didn't have the pancake mix), orange and apple juice

Good, clean hotel with efficient check in. Nice facility. Near the interstate, so easy access. Near the interstate, so there’s limited restaurant options. Comfy stay, though.

This is our 2nd stay at Tru by Hilton Jacksonville West and both times were excellent! Jeanette made sure to greet me when I entered the lobby and offered me coffee and a seat while she finished up with her current customer. She was extremely kind and pleasant, making sure we got our water & popcorn with a couple of chocolates to make it even more special when she found out we were repeat customers! I mentioned that we were going to walk to Texas Roadhouse for dinner and she offered me a card to present for a free appetizer! I was surprised by a text from the front desk when we stayed on 1/1/2025 from Lameka to check on us, but again last night a text from Jeanette was a nice touch since texting is an easy, great, convenient way to communicate! The location, price, cleanliness, and free breakfast were all perfect!

I arrive late around 2 AM. I was still able to check in. Of course I gave them a courtesy call. There was no issues. The experience was definitely a five star experience. Very clean smell good professional customer service. I’ll stay there again.
